Nick Curry, a U.S. Navy veteran, has dedicated his career to championing veterans, military spouses, and transitioning service members through leadership roles that foster engagement, hiring, and support across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience spanning the U.S. Navy, Amazon, Expedia, USAA and now Blue Origin, Nick has built expertise at the intersection of workforce strategy, inclusive hiring, and mission-driven leadership. He is passionate about creating pathways to high-paying careers through internships, apprenticeships, and upskilling programs—particularly for underrepresented communities, including the military. Guided by his belief that “talent is everywhere, opportunity isn’t,” Nick works tirelessly to ensure that every individual has the chance to thrive as their authentic self. A lifelong dog owner, Nick and his family are proud paw-rents to Cocoa (chocolate lab) and Lucy (terrier mix).
